Have any of you ever posted a WSO on Warrior Forums?

If so, have any tips? Like timing of the day, content, must do's etc.?

    Thanks.

I've never heard of the Warrior Forums. Are they worth joining? If so, why?

I would say make sure that you are available during the period your offer is up, especially the first couple days. Fast delivery of your product and timely answering of potential customer's questions in the forum will go a long ways.

@ frankcow If you need to expand your network of more-than-useful contacts and want to mingle with more (big) business orientated people as oppose to tech-focused like here, then yes I recommend checking it out.

Thanks Donna. Fulfillment will be automatically so that shouldn't be an issue for me.

Any rationale behind that early morning tip? Is that based on you (and others) browsing WF the moment you get up?

Actually the reason is that man People from USA are really interested in some good offers when they are fresh at morning :D.
The same Posting applies when it comes to Digg.com (hope you have heard about it). The best time to submit stories is when it is early morning in USA.
I have read it in some SEO BOOK dont remember the name

I agree with zerosleep, but few forums such as digitalpoint, webhostingtalk etc never sleep. :)

Tops...your product is good and the price is right. There are many marketers at that forum that should see the value. Your offer structure that you placed in this forum works..I would just go and post it and see what type of response you get. Just be sure to post exactly what the user needs in order to make it all work.

Also, sending you a pm on a related issue.

Since some of you are familiar with them, do you have to be a member for X days before you can post a WSO or as long as you pay now?

    Cheers

You can post right away. It needs to be approved and, once approved you pay the $20.

The only issue for new posters offering a wso is credibility. I would suggest some extensive background about you, your company, etc to make your offer sell if you are new to that forum.

Yeah I'm not too worried about that. At $20 it doesn't take many sales to break even and I'll gladly spar with the haters. I'm from the 'any publicity' school.

Thanks. You must be psychic, how do you know what I have in mind? ;)

There's actually a sticky saying "don't bother is you only have 3 or 4 posts". So you do have to give before you take. As with all communities.

Mine will be as transparent as whatever is really tansparent :)

As soon as you pay the $20 your post should automatically appear, although I wouldn't worry about exact timing as there's no real statistics to suggest which time of day is most effective.

One would presume posting at the start of the month would make most sense seen as the majority of folk will have just been paid, apart from that it's all about your product and copy, being an established member always helps too... The alternative is to get one or two of the better known members to review your product for you, and then use them as testimonials.

Ah yes...I see. The rules for wso's have been going through many changes over the last 6 months....hard to keep up with them.

Always best to get a little history at any forum before selling anyway.

I posted a WSO and more than recovered my investment and learned a lot. I purchase there regularly and I learned a great deal from it.

It has a few dogs: People publishing something that's been done a million times before and also scams; Ive been burned twice on fraudulent or scammy WSO's...Wherever there is a lot of money to be made, and there is in the WSO section of the warrior forum, you will have scammers so be careful.

You will inspire more confidence if you offer and honor money back guarantees with whatever you offer. The ratio of idiots that will try and take advantage of that to get something for free is very small and the confidence it inspires will drive more people to take a risk.

Plenty of people have made thousands in a weekend with a well put together WSO. Also...

They really like resale rights, master resale rights, and private lable rights there.

Resale Rights: Gives the buyer the right to sell the work after purchasing
Master Resale Rights: Gives the buyer the right to sell the selling rights to others.
Private Label Rights: As above plus the buyer can claim authorship of the work as if you were a ghost writer for him.

Of course, you must charge more for these extras ;) If you are good at research and only a decent writer you can make a lot of money on the Warrior Forum.

    Good Luck to you!

Are most of the WSOs reports, or are there more software packages?

    Frankcow,
    Mostly reports, definitely.

But there are the occaisonal juicy software deals there too if you look. I got a great promotional software program. I already put it to great use; a real find and I paid peanuts for it!

If you were thinking about selling software there, you definitely can. It's not just for reports.

Finally about the WSO, it is truely a "Special Offers" place. You dont want to be charging $47-$67 for an ebook package there like you would online. You have to author the work too; I cant just go and resell the software I bought unless I add a significant amount of content, like a "how to profit from this software" report that I authored, etc.

You should check out the Warrior Forum Main Discussion area for lots of stuff you never hear about here and vice versa (Not EVEN dissing the digital point!) ;)

I don't understand. Most members of the forum are already internet marketers. So why would they pay for eBooks on internet marketing?
