I was banned from adsense a while back for invalid clicks. I sent in a reinstatement, and was not accepted back. I then sent them a very long email explaining what I think happened.

Is there a chance of me getting my account back?

Can I apply under a different email and domain with the same name?

    Thanks in advance.

tell us, what do you think happened that you sent to them?

and, you can try to reapply, but they will catch on to you eventually - Google knows ALLLL ..

And I would think if you signed up under the same name/domain they would know it was you.... I'd love to say it's worth a shot, but I highly doubt it.

how are you going to get payments? you need to provide you social security number. What I did after I was banned was start a new corporation and used the corporation's tax id

You can apply with the same name that you were banned but Google will close that account as soon as they realise it. Just apply under the name of a family member like brother/sister/mother/father etc and with a different address if possible. Then you won't have any problems. ;)

it is if you are doing something against the tos, if you have a normal website with a legit placement and if you dont ask your friends to click the ads theres nothing to worry about

That is a 100% lie as many honest publishers are banned all the time. If not there wouldn't be so many allowed back. Google are rookies when it comes to managing affiliates and it shows in their actions.

true true... the fact is google doesnt like dealing with "small" publishers with high maintenance account's, a friend had a sadly common adsense horror story :

he gets approved for his account after he spent months working on his blog , he naturally installs the adsense code and waits for the money to start trickling in.

a few weeks go by starts getting some clicks, ctr goes up not way up somewhere like 4-8% he doesnt suspect anything seems like alls well.
another week later he gets the invalid clicks email, he explains that he had nothing to do with any such activity and the big G says "ok" its all good again. another 2 weeks go by and he gets another invalid clicks warning, after which as soon as he hit the 100$ mark he gets banned.

turns out his ex-girlfriend copied the adsense code and started pasting it on different blogs (hers and friends), and proceeded clicking the ads using the same isp my friend uses.. which i believe is why G was so quick in banning his account. even though im sure G uses other unique identifying attributes other than the ip *like cookies*, theres no fool proof way to be 100% sure the owner isnt generating the clicks.

You might have luck if you know how to convince
Adsense that you had nothing to do with the fraud.

Last December one of my proxies got suspended -
and no, my account wasn't closed, and the site was
re-instated in 2 days. I followed up with them and
all went as I wished it would.

Maybe you could check the post of mine about it:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=199115
even though it wasn't about fraudulent clicks.

Hopefully you'll be able to convince them about your case.
Good luck and keep it up until you feel there is hope!
