1 Word Domain Name: Mildness.co.uk

How much do you think this 1 word domain name is worth?

    Mildness - Mildness.co.uk

1 word domains are very rare. This could perhaps be used for some kind of anger management website/health website/etc.

    Please appraise, thanks.

Excuse the noise, I just think you need to be careful about the ad/image placement on that site.

I'm thinking about the link ads at the bottom, within the border right next to an image. The border makes the ad / image look realted, and that, IMO, is a violation of Google's terms.

    Kind regards,

Yes loads do, but it's against the T&C.

I haven't posted enough to adda link here yet, so will send the link to their adsense blog post in a PM.

Personally, I think you've done a great design there. However it's probably best just to check with Google themselves. If they say no,then remove it, if they say nothing then leave it be.

    Kind regards,
    LiamVictor

If lots of other sites are doing it, it doesnt mean its not against the terms. Mostly just luck, until they get a warning email.

BTW, only 1 word .com domains are very rare. I`d say other TLDs and .co.uk 1 word domains are not THAT rare.

Yes i will but right now i'd really like to know what you think the domain name is worth - developed and undeveloped. This was the main reason i posted it in the 'Domain Names > Appraisals' forum in the first place... :p

Yeap, around reg fee unless someone really needs this one. Then it can be from 50$ to above 1000$, so better put a small icon notifying visitors the domain is for sale and sign it up in places like sedo.

Hmm okay... so what do you think any 1 word domain names are actually worth in general? (not amazing ones like games.com, business.com, etc, just a normal 1 word .com)

There is simply no such thing as domain price, its not milk or bread. Look at sedo.com recent sale, someone, for example, bought a jointhemovement.org for 5k USD while there are lots of 1 word domains waiting for months without one bid on them.
Personally i think jointhemovement is a crappy domain that doesnt worth the reg fee but SOMEONE really wanted it. The same with your domain or any other domain in the world.
