Worst Register ever - registerfly.com

I just want to share my bad experience with registerfly.com. In the last 2 years, I have registered over 500 domains and never ever had so many issues. I usually use godaddy but they did not support the extension I wanted to register so I decided to use registerfly.

First of all they took the money but never registered the domain. It was a .cc extension and when I checked the next day it was still available.

Opened a support ticket and they replied after 2 days - check your records we never took the money, which was not true.

After 2 hours on hold, I finally got a live support person ad after thirty minutes conversation they assured me that it will be taken care of within 24 hours

Three days later I finally got my domain for which by the way I paid $25.99

Also their support system is terrible. I log in type my support issue (long explanation) and after clicking submit the system logs you out. Not knowing that I did not have the text saved so I had to retype everything again

Now next issue. Changed the name servers but they never got saved. The system tells you they have been updated but after a day or so waiting they are not.

So after over a week I still can't use my domain and still waiting for a reply from their support. Ticket I submitted 2 days ago. This is really ridicules. I will never EVER use this register again

NEVER use them EVER. They can give free domains away I STILL WON'T TAKE THEM because I will have to pay to get the stupid thing transferred so it will work

I heard all this "registerfly sucks" but they had a .75c special on, plus they accept paypal paypal (not the credit card paypal Godaddy accepts) so I got some domains (I have 35 lol)

I got a new server which is now sitting there which costs about $5 a day because registerfly peice of **** won't let me change the nameservers because they "don't exist" while every other registrar changes them perfectly

If I had the money, I would transfer out ALL of my domains so I could actually use them.

I am going to establish a site similar to paypalsucks.com except for registerfly and promote it like crazy - because they are absolutely cr** and the world needs to know.
