Publishers withought "Ads By Gooooogle"

are all publishers who run ads with ought the tag "Ads by google" premium publishers? if someone is trying to hide the Tag is that a violation of google tos?

 

http://www.digg.com/ is a premium publisher, but you can find "Ads by Google" in right side.

Those who run without " ads by google " are Premium Publishers and its against the TOS if someone tries to hide the ads by google thingy < non-premium >

 

Are you sure you are looking at Google ads? Software exists now that will design ads that look exactly like a Google ad but allow you to advertise what ever you wish to advertise.

The theory behind the software is twofold:

1. People are conditioned to click on Google ads so they will be more likely to click on your ad if it looks like a Google ad.

2. Google pays so little for each click that it is a waste of your site presence to advertise Google links when you can advertise affiliate products links in that same space yet make it look like a Google link to the end user.
