I have to admit, I was quite surprised that Mr. Ed went that far to point out that wmd existed, that wmd were looted, that wmd were moved to syria and that fresh chemical wmd had been found in Iraq. Granted, no one is suggesting it was some huge stockpile and certainly no one has set any conditions that it could *only* some something that Powell approved of, but still, he found those wmd too!

So admit you were wrong, that overwhelming evidence has been presented by not only myself, but Mr Edz as well, that wmd did exist, that it was looted (per the NYT) that it was moved (according to the UN), that sarin and mustard were found, that a chemical wmd lab was found in Iraq in 2005.

We know you wished it were not true, and it certainly doesn't mean that *all* that were thought to have exist by democrats and world leaders long before Bush was in office were found. Afterall, how do you find something that was looted and moved?

 

While some small, tiny laboratory was found you surely don't believe this was the reason for US to attack Iraq ? The reason US attacked Iraq is because Iraqi people were suffering and they needed freedom and democracy

Give me a break ... it is all about resources and sooner some of you realize sooner it will be better for you. In history every war was ON because of resources....some people just don't get it

 

iatbm, neither I nor d16man have made any conditions or criteria. Tiny labratory is misleading as well. All I've said is that *some* wmd were found. No criteria, no rules, no conditions for it. It's a simple statement that is accurate and true. WMD have been found, wmd were looted and wmd were moved.

Anything else surrounding it, is simply speculation.

And i should be thanking you now that for you the false presentation put forward right before the war does not affect you in any way - your just really thankfull and relieved that these remnants where found.

Which is not justified to put more then 3000 of U.S. soldiers at stake and died for nothing. But evidently that is not important to you since you don't care at all for the soldiers that have been killed nor the families that have been left behind.

Not to mention the massive amount of Iraqi civilians that have died die to the invasion.

Not moved or looted but used earlier .... Iraq didn't really have so much capacity for producing it. A lot was imported or was build by foreign technicians and imported directly from other countries. Technician that was in the 80's in Iraq told me that Iraqis picked up every piece of paper that they threw into trash. They later made fun out of them by writing crap on pieces of paper and throwing those. Iraqis thought they were writing formulas or something ...

Broad speculation and remnants that is understandably to be found in such a disorganized "organization" of the Saddam dictator club is all you can bring forward.

Should the United States be brought in the same situation (Never will be but bare with me) to dispose of all WMD weaponry i'm positive that somewhere along the line remnants will be found.

And when 500 rounds are being found which is peanuts with the before held inventory the country(ies) that lied itself into a war with the U.S. to justify as the U.S. did right now, will be sighing with relief to show the world "See, see i told you so".
