Mine is not proxy site. I took hosting from him for my blogs and he guaranteed me 99.8% uptime. But the server is more down than up these days... The thing is he is not replying any of my PMs and e-mails. And also there is no improvement in the server condition. Seeems something fishy to me now.
I canceled my hosting within the 5 days money back guarantee and got my refunds back. I used host-tracker to track the site's performance as well as having a php file that reflects the server performance. At the time I had the hosting, the server load average often exceeded 30's. Which Robert claimed it is normal for proxy sites. I don't know if it is normal for proxy site or not as my normal site don't exceed 2. Though there are times where the load average exceeds 130. And the website sometimes couldn't load at all. Even though Robert claimed the site has NO downtime. I am glad I canceled my hosting as he said he puts 20 proxy site in one server. Have you tried to contact him by MSN? Good luck.
I actually paid him by paypal as it was deal made through my Hosting thread where I was searching for uptime and customer support [both of which, I din't recieve ofcourse ]. But he neither replies, nor the server is up.. I have sent him 5 PMs and e-mails without any reply.
I've already sent him the payment for this and he hasn't replied although I've sent multiple PMs to him.
My server just died tonight . Everybody can have a refund or can wait until the second server is online. For problems please add me on msn: If you would a refund include the transaction ID - Robert
