A day later, they are all back where they were. Adsense earnings plummeted yesterday, today they are back to normal.
We had the reverse actually, ever since the PR update more and more pages of ours are coming out of supplemental (with no real changes being applied to those pages). All I know is that something is happening but specifically what I can't say.
From Google : In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the xx already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included. it's just results that google dident show and where you have to click a link to show all the rest .. This is an interesting thread, but it doesn't seem to cover what's happening to me. Wish it did... Anybody experience a huge drop in real visitors and a huge increase in engine visits? I've got three of the major engines visiting my site all day long, over and over, 24/7 and this has been going on for the last couple of months. As a result, I've lost about 85-90% of real visitors and the engines are consuming a great deal of bandwidth. What's going on? This started back in December and is getting worse... It's driving me crazy.
hmmm ive had quite a bit of engine visit , but not that much... erm limit the amount of time they can visit , e.g. every 7 days
It's set to 15 days (has been from the start) and they pay no attention to it. I've never dealt with anything like this...
