I have just launched another directory for one of my clients: http://www.expatinvestdirect.com/resources it has a PR6 and it is hosted on a PR7 site, until recently it had hardly any categories in it, I have just filled it up with categories, until yesterday it only had a link from the homepage of the site, I have just made it so every page of the site links to the directory so it has 7 PR7 links and 1 PR6 link, because it is new I am doing the listings for $10 a year, when the categories get good PageRank the price will be going up.

www.thebest25sites.com approved and added to the directory! I am working on the SEO friendly URLS, just checking it has the right hosting for it.

I am not too worried about the URLs. Major search engines can crawl them, and most of your inner pages are crawled. PR is the proof of that.

There is no real advantage for using mod_rewrite for your directory unless the urls are very long. Even with dynamic long URLs, Google can crawl them.

Yeah I know what you mean, with the PHP version 2 the SEO friendly URL's are more like an SEO nightmare, if you delete a category you can end up with load's of non existing pages getting indexed and loads of duplicate content. Only two sites added so far come on people it is a bargain!

Why is reciprocal and regular links costing the same $10 bucks? Shouldnt reciprocal link cost lower?

Listing approved on good faith I don't know if you have paid the $10 or not yet, have you?

PaidHosting this directory already had a PR6 before I made links to it site-wide it now has 7 PR7 links, it does not need any more so there is no difference in price.
