Seems in the USA the cops are taser trigger happy. I live in Ohio but am originally from the UK. The cops in the UK are much more tolerant than the US cops.

I can't imagine getting tazered myself, not sure I'd have the cajones to flick off a cop or curse at one though LOL The video on that entry doesn't impress me too much, though. It starts too late. What happened 10 seconds before? A minute? There is no context. Its easy to say they are being too rough when the guy is down already and that's all you see.

I have friends that are police officers too. The 10 other cops that showed up on the scene were also extremely nice (and totally confused as to why I was under arrest and tasered). I know my rights which is why I didn't hesitate to tell him what I thought. He got embarrassed and lost control, not a good trait for someone that carries deadly weapons for a living... I'm pursuing it and will be filing a civil lawsuit. haha... Yeah, I know, but there is no reason that a cop should be tasering someone that is already restrained. Trust me, I've been there. Sounds like eastern Europe, too. Cops here are gullible and stupid (Germany), and I've pretty much told a cop to his face that I cant stand the police and he better leave me go (Serial rapist in the area, and they were stopping everybody matching the description). They laughed. But yeah, I'll be going back to the US soon, and quite scared of the police after seeing those kinds of things.
I would never disrespect a cop, probably even if they deserve it. You may think you are standing your ground, but shit, they can kick ur ass or just keep adding to the charges. I seen it!
I dont have much respect for the cops in my county because they are the 2nd highest paid Cops in the United States. They do nothing and have to worry about no crime compared to NYPD.
