Someone should change the topic's title since this thread has been around for months and the "new sites" were buried just a few hours after Nintendo's finding. More spamming sites are online every day, I know, but Google's effort filtering results seems to be useless, sadly
Do exact searches for some of your own page titles. Very often sub-domain spammers create faux directories and can often times contain your page titles in their "listings". I use a service called Google Alert (http://googlealert.com) to track references to my site and find many sub-domain spammers this way.
thanks KLB. found a couple, no subdomain spammers though: www.detroitstock.com (there are a ton of sites identical to this) www.brilliantshopper.com (I'm really jealous of this guy 300,000 pages indexed)
one of my websites got in such subdomains... google was giving good traffic fro 3-4 weeks... i wish my all domain got in such free link building schema.. it was good experience fro me...
1125 posts... the opening thread seems great and everything but i think its time for mods to CLOSE this topic
these kind of sites were spamming my blog comments, and it got to the point i was getting hundreds of them a day, i ended up closing the blog down. it makes me so so angry that webmasters like us follow the rules, try our best to get top rankings, and tossers like that our so prominent in the biggest search engine around!
to be honest with you, looking back at it now i wish i did do that, it was kind of a spur of the moment thing, one day i saw 90-odd spam comments an i literally thought f*ck it, and deleted it. not to worry. learn from mistakes ay?
All the members didn't like me being their, cause I destroied their Black-hat King!!!!!! is what I posted. In an E-mail, da admin said...
haha I remember seeing a post about you and this thread....really funny. Even funnier that you have been banned from the forum.
Guys, you are not allowed to comment in a thread until you have read every... single... post. Nino, did you notice the resurgence of this activity happening? And did I tell you that they banned my seo essay site just for using subdomains, even though there were no ads or monetization it whatsoever? Bastards. -Michael
