Hi, Which, in your opinion, are the best and the worst sites with adsense? If you can't name them describe why they are so bad. Thanks
There was one on here the other day that was pretty bad: http://school-loan-consolidation-1.blogspot.com Pukey yellow ads, MFA crappy subject and posts by 'Homemade Porn Links' or something like that. Not to be emulated! The poor fellow who asked for a review of this site is probably wishing he never bothered!
Whose naming and shaming? Honest gov, the guy who owns this School Loans Consolidation blog did ask for a review the other day. We'd be failing if we didn't provide honest feedback
I can't give a name because there are thousands or millions of sites offering adsense squares at the top and the information you need somewhere else as secondary thing. Those are the worst in my opinion.
Yes since Google itself listing them as the best there cant be any better sites. but i didn't see about.com among that lot, im not sure its a good site pretty sure they get a huge pay cheque with 6 or 7 digits.
Truly, the student loan consolidation was bad. I found another one by a female body builder too - that tacked acres of ads at the foot, where the contant ran out. I looked at those offered by google. REALLY 6 or 7 DIGITS?? Although much better - all seemed to be spell checked - there was nothing brilliant. The apartment leasing and the swap a lease sites were pretty much the same - bitty and unpleasing. Why did google list the latter on their new webmasters' list and the likes of woot.com on their advanced webmaster list?
Hmm.. Ok.. let me rephrase that: When I was featured as an Adsense Success Story, Google approached ME...
Actually your experience is something that I left out in my first statement so I should rephrase that too.
In my case they were looking for sites that were using innovative and successful ways of endorsing referrals..
1. Number of days account active 2. Average daily earning. 3. Increase in daily earning by x% 4. Comparison MTD Earnings and percentage increase to last month revenue earnings. 5. A little flag goes off saying this guys doing very well or getting away with something Algorithms were initially used within the retail sector to determine internal theft and also where profits were on the up swing. So Google I imagine uses several algos over their Adwords and Adsense offerings to catch and monitor things. Just an educated guess though
