    I wanted to try and properly format my meta tags 100% making sure I have all of them that could be useful. What are you guys thoughts on geographical meta tags..

    <META NAME="zipcode" content="90061">
    <META NAME="city" content="Los Angeles">
    <META NAME="State" content="CA, California">
    <META NAME="country" content="United States, USA, United States of America">

    Does this look all wrong.. kind of right.. ?

    Don't bother...

    If you want to target local traffic do it in your links:

    Los Angeles Flower Shop instead of Flower Shop

    Also host your domain on a server based in L.A. so that your IP address can be identified for that area.

    And last but not least... Put the keywords in your on-page
