SEO World Championship

Has anyone noticed how different the results are across the search engines for the keyword phrase? I am analyzing the SEO competition where there obtaining their links from and especially Google's reaction does anyone know of any website that have been banned as yet? It would be useful to know how bothered Google is about the contest as it is a non significant phrase and they are getting any PPC revenue from it.

I'm writing new leaderboard script which is able to give the overall search engine position rankings showing score sum of all best SE positions. example if you are N:1 on google but N:40 on MSN and N:30 on Yahoo you will be in lower position than a person ranking N:10 on google, N:20 on MSN and 20 on Yahoo.......
