Hi everyone, I have seen alot of people talking about getting their paypal accounts verified through VCC. Has anyone tried it. Is it legit. If yes can you guys name some VCC. Also is there anyway I can get a low price VCC. I just need to verifed my account to increase the credit limit. Thanx in advance.
I have verified my account with VCC and using my account nicely. Its not an illegal thing. PM me for more details. Thank you
Yes you can verify your paypal with virtual credit cards and nothing wrong with it. I myself verified many accounts as well as helped many people getting verified. Regards
Although some VCC works today, it may not provide the same function as actually having your account verified using a bank issued credit or debit card. Signing up for VCC is usually a very lenient process and anyone can get one without furnishing valid documentation to prove you are who you say you are. It does not go through the necessary credit checks and strict regulations imposed by the bank or credit card company. The very reason why Paypal requires credit card validation is because it need not go through the whole process of replicating what your bank or credit card company has done to get you approved for the card. Thus using VCC although may work sort of defeats the reason for verification in the first place. To me, it is like getting a fake driver's license so as to be able to either a club. It may get you through the bouncers at the gate but it defeats why the bouncer is there in the first place.
From January to date, I have seen many VCC websites being deactivated so watch your steps. A card which is valid today, might not work tomorrow.
@eddy2099: I understand it. But dude you see I have even withdrawl a cheque from paypal on my address. I am completely legal guy. I just want to lift my send limit. @ Your Content: You are right. I have seen many sites dead too. That's why I am asking you guys.
I know that not everyone who uses VCC are legit but you see, it is easy to get one and thus it would be easy to fake someone's identity with it. As you know, not every country is supported by Paypal and the trouble is that a number of people who uses VCC signed up as if from an approved country but are not residing there. Sooner or later, one wrong move and paypal may asked for other documentation and trap deeper into a hole which they cannot crawl out and blame paypal for limiting their accounts. Put it this way, as long you accept the risk involved in using a VCC then that's fine with it.
I totally agree with eddy. There is always a risk involved if you verify your PayPal with virtual credit card. As right now paypal is accepting VCCs for verification but they can change their policy any time and this could get you in trouble. So actually this is a gamble but legit till now (no one knows how long). You are totaly responsible for verifying your paypal with VCC. If anything goes wrong you should not blame the site/seller of VCC. So basicallly it's a risk you are taking to verify your paypal with virtual credit card. ball is in your court now. You can also get online statment for virtual credit cards. What now?
Yeah I'd that too. But has anyone enquired from Paypal about it. Actually I dont want to banned my loved $$ account. I might get a heart attack to loosing all my Cash from it.
Well, I don't subscribe to the use of VCC and that is why I am saying to avoid them altogether. If your account get frozen and Paypal require your credit card statement, your only option would be to abandon the account and consider any balance you have as lost as I said before that is the risk you have to take. Just do not come back and complain that Paypal is evil and cruel and stole your money. If you are using a real credit card, you will have no problem complying to that because you will have a physical credit card statement and if you misplaced it, your bank can verify your account. That is something that VCC does not provide especially those which are made just for the sake of verifying Paypal account. I believe kjxsn's question was directed at you and not me.
I am not from India but if the Credit or Debit Card is issued by an established bank from your country and you are using it, I don't see a problem with that. You may face problem if you are from one country, signed up your paypal account as from another and use a VCC issued by a business from yet another country. It can get really suspicious. Whether you are involved or not, you may be suspected of money laundering or fraud.
I didnt had an answer to it so I did a 301 redirect it to you. (301 redirect = permanent redirect, all Search Engines know it.. ) Thanx for the explaination. So, what do you guys say should I do verification with VCC or not. The account is important one... All my $$ is in it. Also has anyone enquired from Paypal about it. Actually I dont want to banned my loved $$ account. I might get a heart attack to loosing all my Cash from it
If you ask me, I would say Don't take the risk. If you do not have a credit card, go to your bank and apply for one. To be on the safe side, get one from an international bank. If you are from India, you could try something like Citibank or American Express, they seems to be dying to offer credit cards with free membership, the last I explored their website. If you ask others, they may say, Who cares just take the risk.
