Since you only posted a thread about yourself, I guess that makes you the moron, right? and as you say, you were, are, and most likely will be...
Yep, gworld was defending al qaida terrorists. Now, if the guy had been a US soldier, he'd have never started a post about him. But a terrorist? You bet! Completely oblivious, of course, to the fact that enemy combatants are not afforded the same rights. Again, had it been a soldier (as clearly demonstrated time and time again by convicting them publicly without a trial), wouldn't have heard a peep. It's only the terrorists he's concerned with. I might point out, yet again, that he never had a bad word about the terrorist either. Just sympathy for him.
You have never been right in your life. How about you take a break before even making more fool of yourself. I could try to explain again about habeas corpus, US Constitution and who Alexander Hamilton was but what is the point when I know that your little brain is not capable of processing that information.
I agree, you think NOT. Please someone who knows the language of stupids, explain for d16boy what this thread is about.
Unfortunately the peace loving who follow ISLAM is very less or i can say their voice is so feeble that people are not able to hear them.
There are many peace loving Muslims. Maybe their impact is so small to all of you because you are so quick to group everyone together. Religion is a personal thing, it contains both good and bad people, that is a fact of life. Even some Christians are horrible racist bigots, but we don't group all Christians that way because the United States and Britain are traditionally Christian. I wonder if all of you who speak badly of Muslims were to live in a Muslim country for a while, would you see all Muslims as so hateful? Years ago they were saying the same things about Jews, the Irish (Irish need not apply), and every other new group that our attention is brought to. This dislike of Muslims among so many will too pass.
This was instructive to me: http://islam.worldofislam.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=601&Itemid=63 http://islam.worldofislam.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=593&Itemid=63 If this is not the muslim view, why is there not a huge outpouring of condemnation on the part of moderates? I remain hopeful we can all live in peace. But absent concerted action by the muslim community to wipe out this cancer in its own mist, I grow doubtful that anything other than draconian civil measures will stem the tide of radicalism.
Sad thing is no one seems to get this. It is like stumbling on someones plans of attack and dismissing it is just some writings. "it is OK to lie to any non-muslim to get what you want and then kill them later." simplified version
This is alarming stuff when interpreted that way. However a word in North Point's post was translated two different ways to get two different meanings, and there were a lot of phrases there that I could intepret differently. Still, some of those phrases are strait forwards.
you are so evil - all you want to do is kill... Do you tie baby animals to the train tracks too? You probably swerve to get a road kill.
its seems to be the only logical solution (if you guys are right, that is) I mean islam is the evil, right?
Ferret, how do you interpret these Islamic texts? Look, I do want us all to get along. I hate the notion that a people, a religion, an "anything" is so inherently messed up that it warrants censure, on the face of it. But when I read these texts, and see videos put out from ostensibly "venerable" people living in my country (or countries I have a lot of fondness for - say, the U.K. and France), promulgating my death, the death of my family, or my friends, I say, "What the hell? Why aren't the others coming out to say NO! This b.s. stops here!" I ask you honestly - what is your response to these texts?
people who follow ancient religous documents tend to be people I don't want to be around? I have lived around a lot of muslims, middle easter muslims and black muslims and although on personal level I may not have liked some of them I have never really had any problems with any of them. I had one fist fight when I was like 20 against one muslim, but that is about it. I find it hard to believe that the average muslim wishing my death, most seem happy just to sell me cigerettes.
Yet these texts, these words, the violent, radical bile spewed my many imams in London, Paris, and other cities, has been gaining ground among the young (if demographic research I've read is accurate); with no memory of anything of the "home country" (such as, say, a first generation Moroccan has), they are apparently taking up the sentiments quite readily; and meanwhile, it seems to me, I am not hearing much in the way of condemnation from other muslims. Though I desperately want to, for as I said I loathe condemning a people as a people and would love to believe we can work our way out of the current wahabist cancer by joint effort. They ("mainstream" muslims) hurt themselves when they refuse to condemn such sentiments, in my opinion. I'll ask you plainly. If an imam located in Chicago, Illinois, has been shown to preach "Kill your neighbor, for he is a kaffir," or "kill your neighbor, for he is a jew-pig".... -what is to be done with such a person?
Here is 2 videos who show how everyone from middle east is a dangerous Muslim who follows Islam and wants to kill everyone. The first one is from 30 years ago and the other one is their recent meeting in USA. Muslim Fanatics meeting- 30 years ago Muslim fanatics in USA- planning to kill everyone They are so much under influence of terrorists that it is scary.
