Nope it isn't, in fact most Christians I've met consider to believe in the evolution theory. They believe that god, somehow made the evolution.

Pfft.. I've bet you've heard that argument from Kent Hovind or some other creationist. I don't think you've got that question from a serious scientist.

Kent was talking about Jupiter's moons if I remember it correctly. He said that since some of the moons was spinning counter clock-wise big bang couldn't happen and god made it so the big bang theory would look stupid.

Unfortunately for creationists, that's not the case and I can explain it for you. The creation of all planets and moons in our solar system was local events. Big bang happened billions of years ago. If he was asking why some galaxies was spinning in different directions, his question would be more interesting.

    1. I saw a debate on tape and this evolutionist an creationist were debating and the creationist talked about how their were 400 more sources including some popular historians of the time talking about Jesus, compared to Rome which had less sources of writings, and the evolutionist agreed, couldn't come back because he knew this, and went to His next point.

    2.

    3. I believe in Christ because of this: My life was messed up. I came to know Christ because of my parents sharing Him with me. I saw my need for a Savior
because of my sins. I became a Christian. And from then, I have always had a peace because of my accepting of Christ as my redeemer. I suffer for His name by ways of persecution, yes here in America Christians get persecuted. A guy got bleach in his eyes, razor to his neck and hands, hammer on his hands, fingernails pulled out, and more just 2 months ago 15 miles from here because he would not deny that Christ was his Lord. My trust that God has forgiven my sins so that I can live with Him for eternity in heaven is something that you will NEVER understand unless you become a Christian. It is the most powerful thing EVER. If somebody walks in my door right this instant with a gun to my head, and he asks me to deny Christ or die, I will tell Him that Christ is my Lord. And I would rest in peace, worshiping God in the 1 and only heaven. This is something that is more powerful than you can imagine.

I said it would be more interesting if he mentioned that galaxies spin at different directions, not solar systems. Although, that's also caused by local events. But more interesting to research.

Interesting, source? I'm not sure about the validity. I believe that the evolutionist could be incompetent or something.

Wow.. what an amazing colorful story.

Well, I guess your belief in god gives you strength. I can accept that. But when we talk about creationism, we talk about science, we talk about evidence, something that we discuss in this thread. At my current state, I require empirical evidence in order to believe in a god.

Where did you get that number from?

Muslims in America are 0.6% of the population.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_United_States

I think GTech would have heart attack if it was 20%. lol

No evidence for evolution is found ( http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/hovind.html ). Why do you believe in it?

I mentioned Hovind before, I know that he says a lot in order to support creationism. I see him as a comedian. What I want is a more reliable resource.

As much sense as Hovinds clock-wise moon spinning suggestion.

    True.

But I'm not against GTech's opinion (in general). I'm sort of glad we don't immigrate too fast from the middle east or northern africa. Otherwise we would be having the same problems France and UK have. An overabundence of extremism and disintegration.

That's the problem with immigration. You have to weight the pros and the cons. You don't want to have no immigration and end-up like Japan...where there could likely be an incredible shortfall of youthful labor. Nor do you want to be like Europe, where there's poverty enclaves, and cultural disintegration.

To some level, I think America's immigration while not great (imo), is a lot better-off than most of it's trade partners. We'll likely have infrastructure pressures, and a general level of cultural disintegration, but I'm sure we'll see it through. Europe and Japan have a difficult task in front of them.

Although Japan could change most of that overnight.

Anyway it is always over 75% over in America. Little more than half are Evangelical in the south and 13% in the north.
