Hi, have had a lot of requests for the link and as stated in the original post it would be unfair to give this information out as it could affect the new owners revenue. I have answered as many questions as possible including how the biz operates etc

I too have funds available but am reluctant to purchase without seeing the url.

There is another possibility, if you'd be willing to accept a 2-3 week escrow where we could make sure that the revenue / Google adwords campaigns all work as stated and the Hostgator sales come in during that time then we may consider it without having seen the URL.

I have tried to answer as much info as possible regarding the site without giving out the URL. I have no problem outlining the concept, delivery etc but right now ands to make it fair that's as much as we can say!

As i have said in the original post and many others I can not post the URL as it would lead to everyone trying to make a copy of the site/concept.

I don't visit GT and if I don't know better I would hope someone would warn me here not in GT. Unfounded comments aren't fair but if there is proof someone is a con it should be posted in the thread. Sorry but that rule sucks.

Mate i'd be interested in the site but no way am I bidding without seeing the site. Take a look at my rep I am good. I don't buy merchandise I can't see and feel. It looks fishy if you don't show the url.

HI, If you know anything about affiliate marketing then you will know that posting your best performing landing pages URL is the ultimate way to destroy a sites value. I would have no problems showing the URL here if it was any other type of site but this is a special niche and unfortunately its just the way the sale needs to be run

I am in no way saying that people here can not be trusted but I need to think about the buyer and I know that if I was he/she I would not want my sites URL/Concept posted round DP

Well that is your decision but if you knew anything about the world of internet real estate you would know that not showing the website may decrease your final price by a great deal.

What I am saying is that if I know someone is a scammer I am going to announce that in the thread. Giving me an infraction for that is not fair. I am not saying that it in this case it is so. BTW I am referring to a 'what if'. I didn't get an infraction and I didn't see this happen so far today. I have before though.

A person can copy existing websites until their heart is content, but that does not mean they are going to be as successful. It\\\'s a proven act that most fail unless they offer something slightly different.

This site makes $25K a year yet it seems you are willing let it go for a whole lot less than that.

Unless you offer up the URL (via PM at the very least) you will not get anything close to what you are asking.

Affiliate sites are entirely different from "normal" sites and the fact traffic is driven by PPC then it would be easy to copy the process should you know the exact URL and do research. That's why people like Shoemoney will never give out his URLS
