need webdesign

    Hello!

    I need a simple webdesign+HTML/CSS which is W3C valid.

    What i need, is something like this:
    http://bluegeek.madforge.de/perus.security/

    I'm willing to pay, so maybe you know somebody who can do it for me.
    Or maybe youself can do it, than make me a suggestion via PM.
