How do you change your rank in here?

Obviously by posting - but I've seen some people that have personalized rankings like they edited them. Is this Mods, or is there a way to do it? Just curious - I'm happy to be a Peon for now.

 

It all depends on how many posts you are posting. You will be awarded tauren, raider, etc. these things depend on the number of posts only. Mod only give the ranking.
