In a word, yes. But even more than that, what I meant was that if God didn't exist, there would be no point in living because what would be at the end? Nothing. But since he does exist, we can rejoice and be thankful that there is a Heaven that we will go to at the end of our lives, and live forever!

by instinct do we starve or drink milk when we are born? we drink milk because instinct that is built in us to survive is the driving force to live, we are not taught by god or our mother to feed from her breast, we suck on it because instinct makes us do it.
