is this legal ?

hi all,
i have a blog about google adsense program , i make on it explains, tips , ...etc.
and i would like to put google adsense referal banner , my question is that if i can tell to the visitors to register to google adsense via my referral (is this vs google tos)?

If you just make a link to the register page its legal.
If you use the adsense banner to make money from registered users you will get banned. Because you are not allowed to encourage people to click on it.

Yeah, make sure you not making them sign...

 

I have an AdSense blog too but I do not use AdSense on it because of the (quite obvious) conflict of interest. I'm personally of the view that placing a referral link after a post about referrals is, although not technically against the TOS, asking for future problems.

You can't encourage them to click on it, but you can recommend it. But you have to make it clever and according to their tos.
