Does PayPal website have a direct money transfer facility like Paymate?

In Paymate, I saw that we can directly transfer money into somebody else's account from the Paymate website, like this: https://www.paymate.com.au/express/express1.jsp

I was wondering if Paypal has a similar facility. Does anyone know? Please provide links if you know where it is in Paypal.

    Thanks

Your link doesn't work...You probably need to post a screenshot.

What does "move into another account" mean? Do you mean without paying Paypals fees?

That link works for me. If it doesn't work, got to www.paymate.com.au and click on "Pay Now" button. That's what I was trying to show...

I think I never wrote "move into another account". If you can check the above link, you'll see what I mean.

The whole paypal system is about "transfering money into somebody else's account "

Its the "direct" part I don't get in your question

PS. I won't be registering at that site just to see that page. I have never even heard of them

I may be reading it all wrong but doesn't Paypal allow you to transfer funds to another paypal members through the Paypal control panel. All you need is the other party's email address and the amount to transfer.

I was not aware of this feature, however I do have it on my netspend prepaid debit card. I am going to paypal now to check on this option. This would be useful if it is available. I REALLY wish they had the bill pay feature again, it would save me all that transferring and bunches of dumb fees as well!

You first have to receive the funds in your Paypal account before withdrawing to your bank account, if that's what your asking.

I think people are misunderstanding my question. ok, go to: www.paymate.com.au and click on the "Pay Now" button... It'll take you to a page where you can transfer money to anyone who has paymate account. You, the payer, do not need to have an account with paymate. You can simply pay with your credit card. I am looking for something similar in paypal. I was just wondering if Paypal has a similar facility.

The only time anyone could pay without a paypal account is when the member set up a Buy Now button at their website. The customer has the option to use a paypal balance to pay or to continue paying with a credit card without a paypal account.
