Fark me thats a lot of traffic

So much for the digg effect being amazing.

One of my sites is battling under the strain of the fark effect. fark.com has sent 2000 uniques in the last 5 hours!!

It only goes down for a few seconds at a time. Host has been having these issues for a week now so its not really the fark effect, although thats not helping.

Never knew fark was so popular.

Forget fark, try slashdot, if you can handle that move on to http://9.yahoo.com/ That gave me 100K+ uniques and 400k+ page views in 1 day.
