Ive only come across only few of them who are ACTUALLY into it.But i think john resse is one of the best amongst them. What say you guys?
Best online marketer is the person who takes risks and gets good results There are many but I think everyone on here is potentially best online markter.
A lot of these online marketers are rubbish, sure you can make a e-books about how to make 10k a month based on lies and suck people in. A good online marketer is some one who uses the best resources to target the correct demographic for the specific site and some one who will take risks, A good online marketer is not some guy who makes a e-book and sells it off to suckers at 200 bucks a pop hehehehe =)
Must agree with William, Danny Sullivan is indeed inspiring. I can't believe no one has mentioned Shoe. Don't really care what people say, but the guys knows what he is doing.
Hmmm John Reese??? lol ebook seller..... theres an old adage by a world famous internet marketer named Clint Dixon Those who can do.... Those who can't sell ebooks and other fluff.... Danny Sullivan was an SEO not a marketer as such And shoemoney knows his stuff in certain areas but I would never label him with John Reeese, Joel Comm or Mark Joyner blech.. Shoe offers real value for free....the others all see $$$ to help others Peace
I've never understood the whole self-promotion ebook sellers either. If they're so great at internet marketing/SEO then why are they writing about it? Just do it. Giving advice is one thing, actually marketing yourself and selling yourself as a product it another.
They are probobly making more money selling the e book. Just look at aaron wall selling seo book. He must be taking good money on that.
I have a lot of respect for Aaron, I certainly wouldn't count his ebook as being amongst some of the over-hyped trash that gets pushed by so called SEO 'gurus'
I agree 100% Aaron is a very class guy (All us Pennsylvanians are) his SEO Book is done well and pulls no punches....it was a natural offshoot of his SEO work he has done, as well as a more straightforward approach to his SEO methods, as opposed to his website which dwells more on who he is as a person... It was probably the fact that the blog craze came after his release of the book that it was not seoblog instead..
Yes and no. It's just another revenue stream. Look what Aaron Wall has achieved branding himself in the SEO industry. * sorry. only read your first post *
Apparently you don't know anything about me. I've been actively marketing online since 1990. I started one of the first autoresponder services for direct marketers in 1994. I went on to create more than one Top 500 web site and have personally generated millions of dollars from infoproducts, affiliate offers, brokering traffic, software, and ecommerce stores in a wide-range of markets. And I don't sell ebooks about marketing. I never collected a single dime from selling a "marketing advice" product until 2004 -- which was a $5,000 workshop. -John Reese
looks like someone has given some unclear info about John here...maybe if we could persuade them to actually clear things up here, avoid confusion
