ChaCha.com ? What is this ?

The section All other Search engines is full of ChaCha.com Invites threads .. what is ChaCha.com about ?

 

It's like a search engine, but you have real people searching for you in real time (to make that short)

Since people search for you, it's suppose to give you better results..

 

I didnt understand , why did they employ people to search ?

 

Since it's a "human search engine" there are tons of people searching for stuff on their site.. so they need lots of employees to search for them. I figured

** I mean.. they need a lot of people to handle all of these searches

When you search you get a page of 20 results 18 sponsored links and two actual search results hidden in the middle of the page. ChaCha is a search engine for paid advertising. If all the search engines did this the only way you could get traffic to your site would be to pay for it.

 

Must be for people who dont know how to search. I think Google answers was also similar but now they have shut it down.
