Depends on a few factors..

1. Where do they want the link? In the content or site wide?
2. Do you have any existing advertisers and how much do they pay?

Usually site wide links (or blogrolls) are charged on a per month basis while in-content links are charged once only. If this is a one time payment for a link on a post, it is a good offer. Otherwise less than $2 per month is not very attractive.

Well, let me ask you these question. Can you sell a text link spot on your site for more? how much time and effort will you need to sell a link? Do you not want the $15 on offer?

All you have to lose is $15 if you don't accept their offer.

15$ per year? Thats a good price for a month or two, but not for a year

 

I think you can get better offers at the Link Sales section at DP ..

 

$15 is too cheap unless you've got a very new blog with no traffic. They offer most people at least double that, but you can't really negotiate with them. You either take it or leave it.
