    CareerBuilder.com is really great $$$ PPA, for high traffic sites.
    If someone thinks this is bad advice, please let me know (so I can learn why)

    Where is are the ads located. Perhaps you can place them better and see if you can extract a bit higher CTR.

    Ad location will help the CTR but it wont help much if the eCPM is the problem. CPA affiliates may be your best option.
