When I first came here I kept getting mixed up. I'd see duplicate avatars (personalized ones) and this threw me for a loop. I understand now. Sell out! I've seen ugly mugs, your's aint!
I had two offers to sell my Av, but like all you say.. Its like selling your soul I can make 20$ in about 30 mins, hardly worth in imho
Exactly, people like Crazy Rob or yfs1 could never sell their avatar cause they're known for it. At least, I hope they never would.
/me decides to become really rich really soon(should rob a bank for that), and with the money will buy Crazy_robs Avatar and replace it with rubeina's(did i spill right?) avatar.... I would like to see that cat on all cat lovers av. I doubt robby would refuse 50k per month offer for his avatar spot. Cheers

I took a DP break and when I came back the same avs were everywhere! It took me a minute to recognise that these were all different people. LOL. I miss seeing everybodies own unique avatar. I agree about the identity thing.
That's exactly what happened to me. I was gone for quite a few months, then all of a sudden I thought some sevenseek guy was running around on a DP rampage. Then I finally figured it out. It worked though, I did a search to see what it was all about.
