eBay Auction Site, PR4, $200+ per month

Up for auction is ListedWrong.com. This site was PR5 until the latest PR update, now it's PR4. Some data centers are still showing PR5 but the majority show it as 4.

The design and the script that runs the site are both 100% unique, I had a designer take care of the page design and graphics, and I wrote the script myself.

The script has been certified by eBay as a "compatible application" and is listed in their solutions directory.

This site makes a little over $200 per month from the following sources:

I moved the site to a new server at the end of January, and I lost the traffic stats. But from January 27th to the end of the month there were 846 uniques, and so far in February there have been 449 uniques.

The majority of the traffic is from the US, the rest is from (in order) Great Britian, European Union, Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia, Canada, Mexico, Belgium and then a bunch of others with small amounts of traffic.

The user's IP address is used to determine if they are from the US or not, if they are then YPN ads are shown, if they are not then Adsense ads are shown.

Also included are 5 exlusive articles, not written by me but paid for by me, they have been submitted to numerous article directories.

There is a PHPLD directory (PR3) attached to the site for auction related sites, I've been very strict as to the sites that are included, if they're not auction related they're not included.

There's a Wordpress blog (PR3) on there as well, that I don't update all that often because I really suck at blogging. ;-)

Users can elect to add a new word to the database if they search for a word that's not found... Once a week or so I go through the submitted words and approve or deny the submissions. Aside from that there's really no maintenance required.

The starting price is $100 with bids increasing in $25 increments. I have a reserve price in mind, and if the bidding doesn't meet that reserve I will not sell the site.

I just started with the text-link-ads site about a month ago, one of the spots got filled right away, the other one appeared last month.

One of the linkworths ads has been up since August, the other since September. There was a 3rd one from October to January, but that guy cancelled at the end of Janurary.
