That's about the same temperature it is up here right now. I think it's about -20ish Celsius. Wind chill is probably at least -30C. I got frost bite on my cheeks the other day walking from the bank to my car. I was only out for a minute and they were purple and swollen when I got home. Better make sure you wear something over your face. Stupid winter! I can't wait until it's over already!!

Poor akhip, You should jog instead of walking when outdoor. That really gonna help you mate but I think you can't jog for 30 minutes since you are a fatty fatty lol Winter rocks
It's -17C and feels like -27 right now. But I can sit my warm toasty ass down in my chair and keep it there all day if I like. I love being a stay at home mom, especially in winter! I don't have to go anywhere if I don't want.

but you are sitting on you warm chair drinking hot chocolate.. If you are outdoor, even 0 is cold enough i 've just missed the bus. Forced to go back to my company (too cold to wait outside). Seem like i will be stuck here for another 15 minute
Not really, cause most places which are cold have ice or snow on walks, so do not try something like jogging, unless the path ur taking is clear.
