utorrent gets my vote - very low on resources and works very well with all the options one would require.

I'm using uTorrent at the moment but Ive had trouble configuring it. I get the red asterix in the bottom that says 'not connectable' and to open a port. I opened a port and i'm still getting the same message. It seems to be limiting how fast things download etc.

I use BitTyrant, it's just like azeureus but it seeks out the fastest seeders to create faster downloads.

I just installed BitTyrant, but get this message when I load up:
UDnP: Mapping 'Incoming Peer Data Port (UDP/65111)' failed
    whats that all about?
The quickest I can download stuff (using uTorrent or BitTyrant) is about 10kB/s thats got to be slower than standard? I don't know how to get the port forwarding working right.

utorrent is by far the best especially cause you can trick the tracker and fake ratios
