These are good "base keywords" but if you try to use them as main keywords in your adwords campaign, you will spend a lot of money with little if anything to show for it. Instead, take these keywords and expand. You said you're trying to market for Sri Lanka, so use that to your advantage. And, I guarentee that people tying in "Lowest Price on Sri Lanka Web Hosting" are going to be FAR more likely to be ready to buy your services than people who just type in "Web Hosting".
