I am a failure???

I have just released my new website ged-ged.com and have optimised it for the keyword ged school in my home page.
In the google search results I see that many other website's inner pages are ranking in the first page whereas my site which has been optimized for this keyword is not ranking at all.
Please give your suggestions and I am feeling very sad about it.
I also admit that my site is just quite a new one.

 

Get more incoming links with proper alt text

 

Buy links from realted sites and that will help.

 

But my question is that for the same keyword "Ged School" other website's inner pages are ranking high(which dont have a backlink) whereas my site optimised for this keyword is not ranking!!!

 

You aren't a failure. You just are impatient and ignorant on SEO. Check the site in my signature for that last bit. New sites have trouble ranking - that's to be expected.

 

Google rates pages based in part on how many other pages link to it. So the "inner pages" on other web sites actually do have links going to them - links from the site's home page for example.

Google also does not rank websites. It ranks web pages.

 

You haven't failed, need to give it time

 

You might want to try some link exchange or spend a few bucks and buy good links.
