Wordpress Plugins

Hi,

I finally went to my own domain, hosting and wordpress.

kaizenlog.com

1) I am looking at word press plugins.

Up till now I installed the following:

- Feedburner plugin
- Sitemap
- Sociable

What other plugins do you people recommend?

2) Can someone please add a live link to my site? (I know i may be asking too much)

Looking for related posts plugin and translation that is spidered and that is free. I am probably asking too much regarding the translation.
