Is $45/year good bargain to earn for a link on my blog?

I submitted my blog (PR 5) to www.money4blogs.com/ and got the following mail from them:

Is that a good price for my blog?

    a) sounds reasonable IMHO - some will say it's low.
    b) never heard of money4blogs - i would love to hear some feedback.

I.E. legit or "not so much." :)

They're legit .. have tried them out before. I think the price is a little low but if you haven't got other offers, no harming taking it.

Aren't they offering you money? There are no rules for monetizing your blog.

Thanks for all your inputs guys.

I've decided that $72/year will be a reasonable amount for a text link based on your comments.

I created a new thread in the appropriate forum and if anyone's interested, chk out the details here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=2251086.

72$ a year is not good enough for 600+ visitors a day I think ....

I would go for at least 80$ but probably even more ... sure go ahead and ask for more like 100+ and then deal with a person...if a buyer feels it is too much he/he will tell you and you can close a deal somewhere in the middle ;)

If you will search through Link sale forum you will find that people are getting $10+/month for PR5 links. So, you can expect atleast $100.

ok. I'll increase the asking price from next month on.

Only one person has actually purchased a text link from me so far.

I think you have answered your own question! - only 1 person has purchased a link... You are considering letting this amount slip.

While some say it is too low, it is an offer on the table. I bet the $45 would pay for your hosting for a year - so go for it. I always prefer the $$ in my pocket than not.
