Would be pretty weird to be in a coffin with a man everybody though was dead, hell, why was I there ???

 

If the soil is loose,why can one not dig himself out, If People could have digged themself out of snow after they were buried alive in snow by avalanch
this can also be possible

Of course you know the problem here - the doctor actually misdiagnosed death - the patients were never dead in the first case. Some sloppy doctors just feel for radial/carotid pulse and after 10 seconds decide there isn't one there because it's what they expect when they are confronted by a cold, greying body.
