No, not in my opinion. You've got 3 links in that unit - they really only get upset when you have 1 link perfectly aligned with each image. You also have a border around your ad unit. No problems.

I'm really flattered - I'm sure it's okay. Your only concern is the placement of the images in relation to the ads, correct? If they are not being helpful by email, I suggest you read more about this here: http://adsense.blogspot.com/2006/12/ad-and-image-placement-policy.html In particular notice they recommend placing full border around your ads exactly as I said in my previous reply. Honest gov - you're placement is okay (for the third time).
