Selling PR4 sports forum website, domain and vB owned license

My site has

Threads: 2,467, Posts: 12,204, Members: 500

as of this post. I started up the site 12th Dec 05 and it has gone from strength to strength since.

The license is an owned license which I obviously own and it expires Dec 26th '07.

I own the domain of www.sportszonefanatics.com and the registration expires with GoDaddy on 12th December '09.

The site has been paid up for a years hosting, so you won't have to pay anything for the hosting until sometime around the start of January 08!

The site haa just moved server so I don't have a years worth of stats to post, but in the summer we received 150-200 posts a day. However we now receive around 30 posts a day with around 100 uniques a day.

The site needs to go to a new home as I don't have the time to run it anymore. I will not sell everything for anything less than £300 considering you are getting a vB owned license, a site, domain and 11 months free hosting. Make your offers and I will accept an offer when I see a price which I am willing to sell for.

I would prefer to sell everything together, but if you make an offer I simply cannot refuse, I may well decide to sell the item to you!

Yeah the site hasn't been active at all since I told several members that I am selling up. The members are there, they just need reassurance that who ever is going to run the site, has the time and dedication to run it. This I sadly lack

I have just found out that vB only allow one license transfer per year. I got the license transferred to me some time around April 8th - 10th. However this problem is easy to get around. I can and will put your name on the license on vb.com so you can use the license for szf.com and then transfer it over once April comes around. This way, you can still download hacks and vb files, and when April comes around, I will transfer the license to you.

So that's $420 roughly and I haven't even got to what the site is actually worth

I've earned nearly $200 in a year. If you knew how to optimise ads to get the most $$, I am sure you could make more.

I have no idea how much my site makes daily.
