    I have tested the code over the last few days , site is working great, i even added adsense to the site, its actually making a little over $2 a day.
    I added some text on the site that says "only 3 prank calls a day per computer/ip " which is correct, if you wish to use more than 3 times use a proxy.

    still for sale if anyone is interested.
