Quick Question about Paypal

I hope this is in the right place. It seems paypal takes out a minimum fee of about .29 or so. What happens if someone sends you .10 or so? Thanks

I think you can't send less the 0.50$. Not sure though

 

Basically, paypal will just keep the money as charges.

 

I was thinking one more thing that paypal will deduct another .19$ from your balance as a penalty

 

You can send less than $0.50 but I think almost all of it would be taken in charges so its pretty pointless
