Banned from Adsense, but not for invalid clicks

I didn't think it would happen to me, but it did and it hurts.

Well I got an email from Google explaining how my sites are not in compliance with Google's webmaster quality guidelines and have disabled my account. They also promised that I will receive payment for outstanding earnings, but can no longer work with me.

But now I have no more income coming from Google. Is there anyway I can reinstate my account? Has anyone ever been banned from Adsense besides click fraud and still get their account reinstated?

In what particular way were you "not in compliance"?

Its atleast good they let you withdraw whatever you have in there, maybe a a switchover to adbrite will do wonders.

Im guessing he had "adult" content which will get you banned with adsense. He could use adbrite

First of all, we'll need to figure out why you get banned. Is it due to the contents? If the reason is unknown it is hard to figure out the solutions.

Yes it was adult related content, which I tried my best to filter out. No pictures, graphics or videos. Just text with adult related terms.

Do you think I can still get back into adsense?

You could setup a new shell company, with a rented mailbox, and it's own EIN, and apply for a new AdSense account. :)

You tried you best to filter it? You had no control over your own content?

Pretty pointless arguing with google. They dont seem to give a damn. Unless you have a website that has 1000s of visitors daily.

What you can do in order for google to take you more seriously is apply for adwords as well with the same email address and they start sending you warnings before taking any actions as they take you as a more serious publisher who is spending money with them.

I had my google adsense account for 2 years now going through all sorts of stages with skyscraper sites etc. they sent me warnings, while shutting my friends accounts for the same reasons.

So get yourself an adwords account with them, its only $5

Ive had warnings about adult content. still no problem.

so register yourself a new account with a different address is my only advise.
