1. How long has it been a PR6?

2. How did it get a PR6 with so little content?

So you're saying that if I have a PR8 site with lots of good content, and I removed the content from that site, that nothing would happen to the PR on the next Google update?

 

Yes indeed. Nor would your backlinks change.

You'd stop showing up in SERPS however.

 

Backlinks of course won't change, but I would have to disagree in terms of PR. There's no way you could maintain the same PR without content at least in the long term.

PR is calculated based on a number of different factors, not just backlinks.

Maybe we should continue this discussion somewhere else...we're killing this thread. I apologize.

Are all of those footer links permanent. I was looking at a solid PR4 link in an empty category but now there are a bunch of sitewides making it look crowded.

What is the policy on how many sitewides you'll have and for how long?

 

After three month all the footer links removed
