Hi Friends Did anyone notice, I notice little changes on Google PR algo Now Google start assigning PR to flash files (.swf) also, notice that,
PR is assigned to page not to file, and a flash movie is always inside an html page, so what are you talking about?
I just checked Google SERPS for swf files with a Pagerank assigned. Here's one that definately has PR5 according to several PR tools: http://www.presstube.com/portion/printtarget.swf A Flash Movie can be opened in a browser directly, so it does not necessarily have to be inside html.
so does this mean that google is changing algo? I did read posts from other forums that some sites are getting different PR, but I thought it was because Google is now updating its engine every few days instead of months. Maybe this could be another factor?
google is always changing their algo but.. this is more then likely because you can embed text in flash now
I know PR is assign to a web page, but don't you think html, php etc...... are also files, before this updation any Flash file does not get PR from Google, check it
