well ... , is there someone whoo love hip-hop music ? Or only Rock and metal lovers there ? Lol PEACE
Hip Hop is so mainstream now, there must be tons of people who love it, of course. Maybe.. just not at DP lol P.S: Indie Rock lover here!!!
Hip hop is alright, I don't like a lot of the people who listen to it though. They're not very smart.
thts kool hehehe Ok ... , dude if u don;t like its ok but y u hate pplz who like it lol thts not a smart attitude i think neways kool
Reread what I wrote. Hip hop is fine (actually it's not, there's a lot of songs that are brain scramblingly stupid). What I don't like are some of the people who listen to it. They walk around acting stupid thinking they have some kind of importance.
Hip hop? No opinion, really. More specifically, rap? I'm with the late Ray Charles on that: "As a professional musician, why should I get excited about something I could do when I was ten years old?" Early rock music? Awesome! In the late 1950s and early 1960s I spent some happy hours in both the Brooklyn Paramount and in Harlem's Apollo Theater. We saw the Drifters, the Coasters, the Shirelles, the Miracles, and so many more from that great era of early rock music that preceded the arrival of the Beatles.
I like some Hip Hop, but it gets annoying to listen to rappers talk about how much money and women they have. I mostly listen to it for the sound and beat, with the exception of legendary rappers like Pac. In any event, I like all types of music, but my favorite is trance. Anything with a good sounds is cool with me.
I only like underground hip hop. Most of it is terrible and only focuses on how much bling you have. The underground scene at least conveys an intelligent message. Oh and for those people that fake being "hard" the majority of them are creme puff. You are only hard if you actually did something with your life. All that stuff about blasting on people and getting high is just mainstream BS. As far as rock goes, there are a few mainstream bands I like mainly because they had the balls to protest wars and to fight the RIAA. Most of them just fake like they are punk **cough** MC Lars **cough** but it is just counter culture, which Hot Topic still gets their cut.
Being "underground" doesnt classify you as a certain genre of hip-hop. It normally means that your unsigned or reletavily unknown to the mainstream media. Top Hip Hop Artists ( No Specific Order) 1. Non Phixion 2. Nas 3. Az 4. Saigon 5. Lupe Fiasco 6. Q-Unique 7. Common 8. The Whole Wu-Tang Clan,Solo or Group etc..... to many for me to name really. Ps. Pac was alrite, nothing special but was glorafied because he was mudered (Biggie to)
I hate hip-hop, rap, gansta etc. music Most of the songs are on themes I do not like, and these two lines from the song Irreplaceable by Beyonce crack me up: It's not that hard to find rhyming words for crying out loud!!
Ok let me simplify it. I like most hip hop artist that have not been signed and is mostly unknown to mainstream media. I was not talking about genre.
