    Up for sale we have a nice little content site with relationship advice. It's been around since June 04, but now it's time for a new owner :)

    Site: http://healthy-relationship-tips.com/

    Description: A small site filled with content I pulled out of a private label ebook. For the most part it is just a few html pages, but it also offers a free e-course with love life tips. Then there is the option for the subscribers to buy the full love life tips ebook. The auction winner here gets the site, domain name, 14 part e-course, and ebook.

    Traffic: About 300 uniques per month last year, but the past 2 months have had 500+ uniques according to awstats. It's going up! The majority is from Google with a bit from the other SEs, and then a tiny bit of traffic from a bunch of random links.

    Revenue: Comes from Adsense and YPN. It looks to average around $10/month.

    For anyone that wants to see the full ebook, just check the /loveb00k/ folder on the site.

    And if I can find a .doc version of the ebook on my hard drive, I'll include that in the sale too. That way you can have full access to it.

    It's private label content. That means it's not unique but it was only available to a certain number of people.

    The pics next to the adsense is against adsense TOS. You can get banned. If it wasnt for this I would have bid.
