using Google and Yahoo?

- result must exclude link from own website/domain

Do you just need to check site's backlinks?? try http://www.backlinkwatch.com/index.php

u informing the site, that ur URL is changing??

its better if you setup redirection on ur page. and the even better, is not to remove those page if it already have linkback, good for PR ranking.
