    The ones on warez forums have been deleted because of a problem we had a few months ago. All the ones on sale now are unique and genuine. SOme of our templates have been found on warez forums and we try hard to limit that.

    You have contradicted yourself, originally you stated Many of the templates were found on warez forums, which immediately set of alarm bells. Now your saying you deleted them a few months ago and only some of the templates were found on warez forums. :confused:

    I was interested until you mentioned warez, now Im just wary of your legitability.

    Please check all the templates, find one on the known warez sites and them post it here. If you find one template on any warez site I will give the site for free!

    This is to simply let you know that there are none. In the beginning of the business I did use some warez templates to attract buyers, but since traffic has gone WAY up I have stopped warez and ALL illegal activity.

    If you have no interest in this site, then it will be sold for $5,000, seems like someone got a good deal!

    Would you be able to give all the keywords used for Adsense and other method of advertisement in details to the buyer.(where you find site to buy links etc)

    Also, is $3356 the net profit/profit before expenses.

    Ofcourse I will tell you exactly what I do and how I do it, I will also include 8 (100 euro) Adwords certificates, which is about $1500 of free advertising.
    And I will also include the sites I have bought links in, also the links are still active for about 9 more months.

    $3356 is not profit, but sales. So you will have to subtract the advertising from the $3300 worth of sales, which would be around $3000.
