I hate destiny and area. I always end up going to destiny when everywhere else starts kicking out, but it really is rubbish!

OK, i seem to be one of the few East Anglians on here, but going back to the original post, not too sure whether the UK is the highest represented nation on these boards, but from the evidence of this: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/usermap.php it looks like we have the highest density of dp users from anywhere in the world.....

Im just trying to sort out a bit of a meet for all these UK webmasters. They are very popular in the US and India, lets have our own.
Early planning stages at present, but who would be interested?
Drop me a PM, and I'll get a proper thread going in a week or two if people are interested....

I'd definitely be interested but it really does depend on the location. Like SES London would be great, but it's just too far for me to travel.

Yeah, I was thinking somewhere in central England, as we seem pretty spread out. WebmasterWorld do PubCon in the UK, London again, and SES is there too.
Like I said, early days, but I think it could be good.

Yeah I'm going to mate. I have been thinking it for a coupole of weeks , then your thread comes along! Ive stepped up the research into it, there are a couple of options. So far the best I have come up with is have it in a pub, with a few Q&A sessions with some of the more knowledgeable amoung us (not me...) in the function room. The rest of the time, just a chin wag about web marketing in general. What do you guys think?

I was kinda thinking somewhere in central england, like 50 - 100 miles north of london. Try and get as close to the middle of anyone going as possible.
