None of my messengers work...

I had my stepkids down for a week and some how they trashed my computer.
( Not to mention the house! )

A friend fixed up my hard drive but now I cant get into my Yahoo Messenger or my MSN Messenger. I tried uninstalling them and re-installing but they wont even re-install!

Does anyone have any ideas? I really need at least one of them going cos I need help getting my website setup.

 

Are you sure your typing the right password (I assume you are)
I had this same problem about a week ago so I just waited a few days and it worked again. I'm still not what was the problem.

 

Hope they didnt manage to change your passwords somehow.

 

I don't think they did that or at least I hope not. Just wait a few days.

 

You need to delete all related files of MSN as well as Yahoo Messenger into your system hard drive and then reinstal it.

I tried that and when I re-installed messnger it installed and then uninstalled itself right in front of my eyes lol. I tried Yahoo again too and it installs the toolbar and mail but no messenger Lmao.

 

So Buddy I think you need to re-install your window(May be some problem in your window) If you want to get your messengers working
